- You have high overheads and a need for working capital, and this means you have constant cash flow issues
- Growth has slowed down a lot, but you’ve not had time to devise strategies to address this
- You feel like you’re going to need to reduce your prices, or you already have, so your margins are plummeting too
- You’re working non-stop – and when you’re not working, you’re stressing about your business. But you’re not getting positive, tangible results from all this work which is incredibly frustrating and dispiriting
- Your profits targets look pie in the sky – you’ve not even approached them in the last few months

- Record keeping: through bookkeeping and completion of VAT returns. If you are VAT registered, you will need to complete VAT returns. To make your life easier, we will do this for you, saving you time and giving you peace of mind that they are being completed correctly. Please note, this service relates to standard registrations and fixed-rate schemes only. More complex VAT reporting, such as the VATMOSS scheme for digital sales and reporting E.U. transactions, is outside this service’s scope and will be subject to an additional fee.
- Summary management reporting: as part of our Management Reporting service, we will help you set up the key reports you need, so that essential information is always a click away. Having your finger on the pulse of your business is critical for making the right business decisions.
The Full and Premium packages also include:
- Fixed asset register maintenance: a fixed asset register is an accounting method used for major assets (e.g., cars, office equipment, machinery and property). Maintaining a register means you can keep track of your major assets, keep track of their value, and make producing end-of-year financial statements much easier.
- Balance sheet accuracy checking: the balance sheet contains the assets and liabilities of your business. It’s so important that this is accurate. We’ll review every asset and liability to ensure it is correctly shown in your financial accounting system.
- Annual business review: every year, we will have a review meeting with you. In this business review meeting, we will discuss your accounting records, interpret the numbers, discuss how you can use the numbers to keep your business going in the right direction and answer your questions.
- Unlimited email and telephone support: your package includes unlimited email and telephone support for advice on ad-hoc matters relating to your business.
- Full periodical management reporting because it is so important to know how your business is performing, we will produce a full report every month or quarter (you choose the frequency), which will include:
› Your profit for the period, together with comparisons against previous periods, means you can see at a glance if your business is heading in the right direction
› A detailed breakdown of each category of sales and expenses together with the corresponding figures for previous periods so you can see at a glance the critical trends in your sales and your costs
› Your sales ledger report showing you exactly how much money your customers owe you and how long those debts have been outstanding. This report will help you keep on top of your debtors and put more cash into your bank account
› Your purchase ledger report showing you how much money you owe to your suppliers
The Premium package also includes:
- All accountancy services, including statutory compliance, statutory accounts, tax preparation etc.
- Cost control: Expense monitoring, analysis and advice managing costs for any business is so important. We will work with you to identify the most critical costs in your business
- Rolling cash flow and profit forecasts: forecasting and budgeting help you plan. They will give you an early warning signal if you are likely to face cash shortages. Our forecasting option looks at each of your forecast profits, cash and net assets, giving you a complete picture of what your business might look like in the future
- Regular business review meetings: at a frequency of your choosing, we will have a 60-minute session to review your numbers. In this business review meeting, we will discuss your latest management information and how you can use the numbers to keep your business going in the right direction.
